Poslanci Občanské demokratické strany v nově zvoleném Parlamentu navrhli zákon, který odsouvá povinné užívání elektronických receptů z 1. ledna 2018 na 1. ledna 2023, tedy o pět let. Návrh zákona neobsahuje žádné další změny. Návrh je zcela pochopitelný z pohledu okamžité situace. Systém elektronických receptů, který má za několik dnů vstoupit v účinnost, není dobře navržen ani technicky připraven.
